The seed/beans packaging line mainly consists of fully automation packaging machine and automatically weighing system. It can be devided into several parts: materials feeding, weighing, filling, pouches making, filling, sealing, code printing, and cutting.
It explores vibratory feeding and weighing method which is made according to the seeds fluidity and characters. With 2 or more ration of vibration, it guarantees good fluidity and weighs precisely. This weighing technology has been proved good in pramatical cases. It firstly feeds the large amount of the weight that requires into the weigh hopper, then medium or smaller vibratory feeding will be finished, making the weighing more precisely.
The seeds/beans packaging line explores fully automatically packaging machines. It automatically makes the pouches from the reel of the film installed behind the machine. After weighing, the materials will be filled from the pouch-formation device into the bag, where use ¡°0¡± falling deviation avoiding bouncing dust and weighing deviation. With smoothly infeed sealing and crossing sealing, the bags will be cut one bu one, then conveyed to the secondary packing by human labour.
There 2 kinds of conveying methods: one is using hopper or Z type elevator to convey the materials into the weighing hoppers. The other is directly linked with the materials processing line, the belt conveyor. All depends on practural situation of the customer.
